Leadership Development

Unorthodox Leadership Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a catalyst for bold change. We believe that effective leadership should reflect the communities it serves—authentic, courageous, and committed to community empowerment and impact.  


We exist to develop leaders from historically underestimated and underrepresented communities by breaking down barriers and creating access to real-world training, mentorship, and resources, all integral to our leadership training approach.  


Our work sits at the intersection of access, empowerment, and action. We invest in people—not just positions—because true leadership isn’t about titles; it’s about responsibility. Through leadership labs, community programs, fellowships, and grant-funded nonprofit initiatives, we equip nonprofit leaders, changemakers, and purpose-driven professionals with the mindset and tools to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.  


At Unorthodox Leadership Foundation, we don’t just train leaders—we build legacy-makers. We challenge outdated systems, ignite innovation, and grow a pipeline of unapologetic leaders ready to elevate their communities and disrupt the status quo.
