Unorthodox Leadership Foundation exists to strengthen nonprofit and community based leadership by investing in the people who carry the mission forward.
We serve leaders who operate at the intersection of purpose and pressure. Leaders who are responsible for people, programs, and outcomes while navigating limited resources, complex systems, and increasing expectations.
