Across nonprofit and community-based environments, leaders are expected to create impact, navigate complexity, manage people, and sustain organizations, often without the structure, support, resources, or leadership development needed to do it effectively.
Too often, leadership development focuses on inspiration without preparing leaders for execution. Organizations are fueled by passion and mission, yet lack the systems, strategy, and sustainability required to maintain long-term impact.
This Foundation exists to help change that.
